Visiativ: net profit up sharply in the first half


(AOF) – Visiativ announces that its EBITDA fell by 10% in the first half of 2023 to 8.3 million euros. The EBITDA margin stood at 6.8% over this period. Under the effect of net proceeds from the sale of 3.1 million euros, linked to the withdrawal of the IT infrastructure management activity, the group’s share of net income reached 3.4 million euros compared to 1, 2 million euros a year earlier, an increase of 183%. The turnover amounted to 122.6 million euros, an increase of 11% compared to last year.

Its SaaS subscription revenue increased by 85% (+64% organically), which now represents 22% of Software activity compared to 13% a year earlier.

The SaaS subscription ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) stood at 33.1 million euros at the end of June, growing continuously (+70% compared to the end of June 2022).

After taking into account net depreciation charges, the half-year operating result stood at 3 million euros, representing an operating margin of 3%.

During the past half-year, Visiativ paid 5 million euros in dividends for the 2022 financial year and carried out a capital increase of 1.2 million euros following the 2023 campaign of the employee shareholding plan. .

Visiativ intends to continue its growth dynamic in the second half of 2023, driven in particular by the acceleration of SaaS subscriptions, and thus increase its profitability, benefiting from ever more favorable seasonality in the second half of the financial year.
