(Boursier.com) — Visiomed Group launches a share buyback program. The maximum authorized buyback percentage is 10% of the capital, or 29,247,850 shares on the basis of 294,356,419 shares making up the share capital, taking into account the 187,791 shares already held by the company as of January 23, 2024. The price of Maximum unit purchase (excluding fees and commissions) is 1.50 euros per share.
The program will be in place until December 14, 2024, with an extension of the share buyback policy through the implementation of a new program submitted to the next Extraordinary General Meeting.
