(CercleFinance.com) – Visiomed announces the appointment of Clément Pacaud as general manager of the health technologies and services group, bringing him more than 12 years of experience, including 10 spent in the Gulf countries.
Aged 34, Clément Pacaud was notably financial director of Lahab, a company of the Emirati industrial conglomerate EDGE, then financial director of Perpetua Investment Group, a private equity company based in Dubai.
‘Two years ago, Visiomed Group began a profound transformation through a development strategy focused on new markets, particularly in the Arabian Gulf,’ recalls the company.
Thomas Picquette will remain alongside Clément Pacaud, as general secretary, with the mission of supporting the development of the group, optimizing its investment capacity and managing consolidation and reporting matters.
