Vitality Neo honored in Forbes’ 30 under 30

The director of Team Vitality, Fabien “Neo” Devide, has made a sensational debut in the prestigious 30 under 30 ranking of Forbes magazine.

If you are familiar with the esports world and more particularly with the French esports ecosystem, then the name Neo is probably familiar to you. At just 29 years old, the co-founder and co-director of the Team Vitality structure is one of the standard bearers of the practice in France.

In a video – admittedly a little dated – we shared the extraordinary story of this competitor with colossal ambitions, from his first steps on Call of Duty to the meteoric growth of his baby Vitality.

Today, Neo is no longer simply the small leader of an amateur organization criss-crossing the LANs of France. Team Vitality is a shining juggernaut on many games, and without a doubt one of the most important esports organizations in Europe.

Naturally, the reputation of our young entrepreneur has gone far beyond borders. From its record fundraising to the success of its teams – on CS:GO for example – Neo has been talked about… and even the most prestigious international media have not been able to miss the French phenomenon.

As if to crown its success, Forbes named Neo in its famous 30 under 30 Sports & Games edition. Thus, we find his name alongside sports giants like Kylian Mbappé and Iga Swiatek. This 2022 edition of 30 under 30 will also have given pride of place to gaming since several other players in the industry are highlighted, such as CS:GO player Olesandr “S1mple” Kostyliev and streamer Ibai.

On Twitter, Neo did not hide his pride following his entry into the 30 under 30:

It’s an honor to be named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 this year, alongside so many influential figures in sports and gaming. I would like to thank the entire Team Vitality family. I look forward to many more years of memorable success.
