Vodafone: Customers report problems with their DSL and TV connections

After taking over Kabel Deutschland and Unitymedia, Vodafone standardizes the cable network. In the course of this, failures can occur from time to time. We are currently receiving several hundred reports from Vodafone customers saying they are having problems with the network.

According to the information provided by the users, the DSL connection and the television connection are particularly affected. Occasionally, difficulties with the telephone and mobile communications are also reported to us.

Vodafone has not yet reported anything about the disruption via the social networks Twitter and Facebook. It is therefore difficult to predict how long the disruption will last. However, we assume that this is one of the brief outages due to maintenance work that is common with many mobile phone providers.
