Vodafone GigaKombi: Requirements and advantages explained

The Düsseldorf mobile phone company Vodafone no longer just offers classic mobile phone tariffs. Vodafone also offers DSL, landline and TV offers. If you, as a Vodafone customer, have not only signed a contract with Vodafone, but also book other services with Vodafone, you can benefit from affordable advantage packages and save a lot of money every month or get more data volume.

Conditions for Vodafone GigaKombi

In order to benefit from the Vodafone GigaKombi, you must have at least one Vodafone contract that is eligible for the GigaKombi. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a cell phone tariff, DSL tariff or cable tariff. It is important that the Vodafone contract you already have is eligible for the GigaKombi. You can then combine it with other Vodafone tariffs and benefit from monthly discounts or other goodies such as more data volume.

With these tariffs you get the classic GigaKombi:

• Mobile phone contract: All GigaMobil, GigaMobil Young M-XL, Red from 2014 (except Red XS before May 2019), Young M-XL, and most Smart tariffs
• DSL tariffs: All Internet & Phone tariffs via DSL that were taken out from 2009
• Cable tariffs: All Internet & phone tariffs via cable with a maximum download speed of 25 Mbit/s

You get your GigaKombi TV with these tariffs:

• Mobile phone contract: All GigaMobil, GigaMobil Young M-XL, Red from 2014 (except Red XS before May 2019), Young M-XL, and most Smart tariffs
• Cable connection products: TV Connect, TV Connect Pro, Cable connection HD, Cable connection Basic HD, Digital cable connection, Comfort connection.
• Pay TV offers: HD Premium, Variety HD, Cable Digital Home (HD).
• DVR offers: GigaTV, Vodafone TV Cable, Komfort HD, Kabel Digital+.

It is also important to know that the individual terms and notice periods remain unaffected by switching to the Vodafone GigaKombi. Please note, however, that the GigaKombi benefits will also be lost if either the landline or mobile phone contract is canceled. The individual contracts must also have the same bank details in order to be able to use the GigaKombi advantages.

If you, for example a mobile phone tariff combined with an internet and telephone tariffthen you get:

• 10 euros mobile phone discount per month (except for Smart, here five euros)
• Unlimited data volume with GigaMobil M, GigaMobil L, Red M and Red L
• 50% extra data volume with GigaMobil XS, GigaMobil S, Red XS or Red S
• The Mobile & Euro flat rate is free (standard price: 9.99 euros per month). With the Mobile & Euro-Flat you can make free calls from the landline to the German mobile network and to the landlines of over 25 European countries.
• Five GB extra data volume with GigaMobil Young M-L+, Red XS-L 2019, Young ML 2020 and Smart L-XL 2017
• Free WiFi without waiting option for new landline customers. With Wi-Fi without waiting, the cell phone can be used as a Wi-Fi hotspot – thanks to an additional 20 GB from Vodafone – until the new landline connection has been installed
• If you take out a new internet and telephone tariff and are already tied to another internet tariff, Vodafone will refund you the base price of your Vodafone contract until the end of your old contract, but for a maximum of 12 months.
• Possibility to take out Vodafone cyber insurance for free

You combine a mobile phone tariff with a TV tariffthen you get:

• 10 euros discount per month on your mobile phone bill in the GigaMobil, GigaMobil Young, Red and Young tariffs and 5 € in the Smart tariffs
• The Mobile & Euro flat rate is free (standard price: 9.99 euros per month). With the Mobile & Euro-Flat you can make free calls from the landline to the German mobile network and to the landlines of over 25 European countries.
• Possibility to take out Vodafone cyber insurance for free

Of course you can combine the individual combination benefits with each other. For example, if you book all three possible Vodafone tariffs (mobile communications, internet and telephone as well as TV), you will benefit from a discount of up to 15 euros per month and additional data volume up to unlimited data volume.

This is how you book your GigaKombi

If you are already a customer of a current mobile phone, internet, telephone or TV tariff, you can simply book an additional tariff. This can be done online at Vodafone, in the shop or via the Vodafone order hotline: 0800 664 91 25. Even as a new customer, you can book two suitable tariffs directly online, in the shop or via the hotline and benefit from the GigaKombi.

GigaKombi: This is what you should pay attention to

Please note that the individual Vodafone contracts continue to run separately from each other. So if you cancel a contract, the GigaKombi advantage also ends when the contract ends. It should also be noted that the minimum contract term for Mobile & Euro is six months, after which it can be canceled on a monthly basis. The Mobile & Euro option is only free as part of the GigaKombi, otherwise it costs 9.99 euros per month.
