Vodafone is down: This is the reason for the internet outage

The provider Vodafone appears to be having problems at the moment. Numerous customers are reporting to our fault reporter that their internet connection is not working. Some are also reporting problems with their television connection. Large cities such as Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main are particularly badly affected.

Vodafone has not yet commented on the disruption on social networks. It is possible that it is a similar problem to that at Telekom. There, too, the internet connection is currently not working properly.

However, you could also be affected by a return path disruption. This affects the internet, telephony and television and causes short interruptions in your network. A solution to the problem is already being worked on. From June 9, 2024 at 10 a.m. everything should be working smoothly again.

If you don’t want to or can’t wait that long, you can use a few simple tricks to help. Restarting your router can be a solution. If you need Internet on your Windows computer, we recommend that you start the Windows network adapter troubleshooting.
