(CercleFinance.com) – IBM announced on Wednesday that it would work with Vodafone to study the applicability of quantum computing to telecoms jobs.
The American technology group explains that this agreement will allow the British telephone operator to have access to its expertise in quantum computing, in particular for cybersecurity services.
Vodafone plans to work with IBM to validate and realize use cases in the field of telecom networks, the idea being in particular to develop quantum cryptography tools aimed at protecting its systems and data.
