On Tuesday morning, March 26, 2024, there appears to be a disruption at the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. Customers report problems with online banking to us via our fault reporter. The login and the app in particular are likely to cause difficulties.
When testing our own VR banking app, we also noticed that there was an error message. It says: “We’re sorry, there was an error loading your accounts. Please try again later! Last updated Mar 26 at 10:51am.”
In order to still be able to access your online banking, we recommend that you access your account via your browser. This should work smoothly on your computer as well as in the mobile browser on your smartphone or tablet despite the current disruption.
