Voltalia: 20% increase in turnover in the 4th quarter


(CercleFinance.com) – Voltalia publishes a turnover of 170 ME for the 4th quarter of 2023, up 20% at constant rates compared to the same period a year earlier.

Activity is driven by all divisions, with (at constant rates) +16% on energy sales, +37% for services before eliminations, +50% for eliminations, +245% for services after eliminations .

Over the entire 2023 financial year, turnover stood at €495.2 million, up 6% at constant rates compared to 2022.

At the end of 2023, Voltalia exceeded the objectives for total capacity (in operation and under construction) and operating capacity.

Initially set at 2.6 GW in June 2019, the total capacity objective was revised upwards to 2.8 GW in October 2023. At the end of 2023 at 2.85 GW, the total capacity has been multiplied by 2.8 since June 2019.

In this context, Voltalia confirms its ambitions for 2027, namely more than 5GW of capacity in operation and under construction owned directly and more than 8 GW of capacity operated on behalf of third parties. The company is also targeting a normative EBITDA of around 475 million euros.
