Waga Energy increases its losses in 2023


(AOF) – Waga Energy recorded in 2023 a result and commercial momentum enabling it to confirm the 2026 objectives of the Capital Markets Day of February 8, thanks to the growth in turnover (33.3 million euros, +74 % over one year) driven by the production of 336 GWh (+49% over one year) thanks to the start-up of 5 new Wagabox units and the maintenance of high availability (average of 96% on machines in operation for at least 12 month).

However, the company increases its operational loss in 2023, which amounts to 14.1 million euros compared to a loss of 8.1 million euros in 2022.

In 2023, its net loss is 16 million euros compared to 10.1 million euros in 2022

The group confirms its 2026 objectives: a turnover of around 200 million euros and an EBITDA breakeven during 2025.
