Since the introduction of Season 1 of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific and of call of duty vanguard on December 9, the Battle Royale welcomed a brand new map with the city of Caldera, and who says new map also says, new gulag.
However, despite this rejoicing, it seems that it is bugged since the winners of the last chance event still end up dying as if by magic.
Gulag winners still die after the ordeal
This bug has made the misfortune of a good number of players at the time of writing these lines, and problems related to the gulag are quite frequent. If it is sometimes unfortunately possible to find yourself magically transported to the gulag without having been killed by anyone (or by a fall), others indeed end up dead just after winning the gulag.
For those who may not know it yet, the Gulag Trial is a 1v1 fight with only one winner. Whoever wins the match can be redeployed and find his team.
Nevertheless, according to one of the testimonies of PinkLyfe69 on Reddit, after killing the player in front, the latter could not find the lands of Caldera since he is strangely dead, the game screen then showing the display of the classification.
Here then, is yet another problem added to the now long list of problems found in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific.
Earlier this week, the developers announced on social media that they are aware of the issues players are experiencing, and all teams are currently working to resolve these. We can therefore hope to have viable games in the coming weeks.
