Warzone players revolted by visibility

Call of Duty: Warzone players have once again criticized the game for glaring visibility issues in Caldera. Even claiming that the inability to see their enemies causes them to be eliminated regularly.

Despite Caldera and Warzone Pacific’s expectation, it’s fair to say that the majority of the Warzone community was disappointed. Indeed the transition to the tropical environment has not been to everyone’s liking.

What’s more, the bugs were so frequent that Activision apologized and Raven devs even had to push back Season 2.

Today, players are criticizing the game’s map design and color scheme, explaining that it is much harder to locate enemies in greenery than in the urban environment of Verdansk.

Warzone players believe that Caldera needs a lot of changes to finally become an entertaining map.

Caldera, a Warzone map inferior to Verdansk for the majority

It was player ‘ant8752’ who started the debate by directly criticizing the card stating: “It’s fucking impossible to spot the enemies”.

He also criticized the design of the map, saying the number of positions and levels players can access makes it even more difficult to know where enemies are, and encourages the “camping”.

He continued: “Seriously, who came up with the idea of putting 100 possible levels where an enemy could be? Whose idea was it to put all the POIs around the map? Whose idea was it to put 100,000 trees on the map? Whose idea was it to put 10,000,000 cracks and crevices where people could hide? Seriously, there’s no other way to play this shit than camping?”

Many players echoed those comments.

Other players have also reported texture bugs. In particular the fact that Caldera and Rebirth Island do not load correctly. This makes visibility of enemies even more difficult.
