Warzone streamer lobbies’ K/D debate resurfaces

The famous subject of the SBMM and more precisely the simplified lobbies of Warzone streamers is talking about him again, after the statistics of the games of a famous content creator have been shared.

For several years now, Call of Duty fans have criticized the SBMM (Skill Based MatchMaking) system, which mainly consists of placing players judged at the same level within the same games.

However, this system has been criticized even more since the launch of Warzone. And even if some players manage to find some techniques to circumvent the SBMM, the majority of the community believes that such a system should not exist, at least in normal part.

But if the SBMM greatly annoys the players, the latter are also very angry against certain streamers who seem to take advantage of free hand from Activision in order to benefit from much simpler games.

SBMM is a hot topic within the Warzone community.

As we already revealed to you a few months ago, after analyzing many streamer games, many Warzone players had deduced that certain streamers would be “whitelisted” so that they could come across more accessible lobbies in order to to create quality content more easily, in particular with games with a lot of kills.

And recently, this topic came back to the table when Reddit user Thunshot shared streamer DiazBiffle’s play history while writing: “Why are streamers entitled to these bot lobbies when you and I have to suffer and sweat through the SBMM?…I won’t stop posting until the streamers or Activision fix this. It’s completely unfair to the average gamer.

Qualified as an excellent Warzone player, DiazBiffle is a streamer with a maddening ratio of 6.62 K/D. And yet, as these last games prove, the average K/D varies between 0.63 and 0.9 maximum.

This player’s Reddit post was deleted by the CoDWarzone moderation team just hours after it was posted. However, the statistics displayed are still available via the streamer’s CoDTracker page, and you can find it below.

It didn’t take long before gamers were crying foul in the comments and many were outraged that it was being glossed over by both the developers and designated streamers.

Although there is no official proof mentioning this famous “whitelist” of certain Warzone streamers, for many players however, its existence is no longer to be proven and it represents a real scourge on the image game. of the SBMM.
