Warzone players are frustrated with the recently released Vargo 52 rifle, which still has bugs despite a recent patch claiming to fix it.
Although the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War 2020 lifecycle is technically over with the release of Vanguard, the developers at Treyarch remain committed to the game.
Indeed, they released an update that surprised many at the beginning of March, bringing a new map and a new weapon: the Vargo 52.
However, the new Assault Rifle was released with a frustrating reloading bug. And even after a supposed “fix”, it still causes problems.
Freshly arrived in Warzone, the Vargo 52 poses big problems.
Vargo 52 still buggy in Warzone
In a Reddit thread from March 11, the Warzone player u/FiSk919 was still experiencing the reload bug with the Vargo 52. This despite the devs claiming to have made a fix.
“I saw the patch notes saying they fixed it the other day. I unlocked it last night and tried to use it. I didn’t have any other loaders for it yet, but the basic loader is still bug for me”said FiSk919. “When I recharge it doesn’t recharge right away and I have to stand still for that to happen.”
“If I don’t stay still, it doesn’t charge. I know it was a big problem, but they said it was fixed in the patch notes. That’s why I waited to unlock it.”
Other people are apparently having the same issue when reloading the Vargo, even with other magazines equipped. “The 60 round magazine is still buggy too. I don’t think they really fixed it”said one of them.
Another added: “Reloading is still buggy on all magazines, not sure why they said they fixed it.”
Players will therefore have to wait for the next patch and hope that the developers fix the problems this time around.
