On Friday around 7 p.m., a male perpetrator posed by phone call as an alleged employee of an operating company for top-up cards. Unfortunately, a 58-year-old petrol station employee fell for the scam, the unknown perpetrator was able to steal his trust and subsequently activate several charge voucher cards and announce the charging codes on an internet platform. A cancellation attempted by the petrol station operator was no longer possible. The resulting damage runs into the hundreds of euros!
