“I had the iPhone 13 Pro in my jacket pocket when it started raining. We were just out for a walk on our holiday in Carinthia,” remembers Robin. Surprised by the rain, the family hurried back to the accommodation – where Robin had to find out: the camera lenses of his smartphone had been damaged by the raindrops, despite the protective cover. The initial anger soon grew into a bigger problem and eventually into a lawsuit. Today – a year later – Robin can look back on a lengthy and exhausting, albeit successful, court case.
