Good news for fans of Married at First Sight, the cult show returns for an 8th season on M6 and we finally know the launch date! We tell you everything.
Married at first sight is back soon! This Tuesday, February 27, M6 had a nice surprise in store for fans of the show. Indeed, the channel has officially announced the return of the cult dating show, revealing in passing the broadcast date of the first episode. And without further suspense, Married at first sight returns next Monday, March 18!
“For season 8, the singles will be true heroes of love, resilience, life, letting go… Too much or not enough love is the element that convinced our experts to choose them. Between radical decisions, extreme feelings and surprising decisions, these heroes will surprise you just as much as their future spouse…”, has indicated M6 in an X publication.

Married at First Sight: when science helps you find love
For this new and 8th season, the experts Estelle Dossin And Gilbert Bou Jaoudé will once again try to form couples. In total, 14 candidates have been selected and will be able to meet the person with whom science believes they are most compatible.
As a reminder, the participants make the crazy bet of marrying a person they have never seen in their life. They thus discover the identity of their future spouse on the wedding day. A daring gamble which unfortunately does not seem to bear fruit.

The bitter failure of the 7th season…
Indeed, if certain couples like Laure and Matthieu (from season 5) or Pauline and Damien (season 6) have been in perfect love since their meeting on the show, most couples end up divorcing, if not all… Proof of this is the fiasco of season 7 of Married at first sight, where all the couples broke up. Some during the experience and before the final assessment. Others like Pedro and Jefferson tried their luck away from the cameras, without long-term success.
