“We had returned to a crisis”, Isabelle Camus on her break with Yannick Noah

A new page. In 2020 and after 18 years together, Isabelle Camus and Yannick Noah separated. For the first time, the 56-year-old director, to whom we owe the successful series “A guy, a girl”, agreed to indulge on this break with “The man of (his) life”.

In the pages of Gala published this Thursday, December 16, it reveals that the first confinement got the better of their couple, they who had just returned to Paris after living four years on a boat with their son. “For Yannick and I, confinement was a psychological test. Refocus on herself

If ruptures are sometimes complicated to digest, Isabelle Camus sees it as a way of “Refocus on (her)” after having “Managed a lot of things” during the absences of the singer and ex-tennis player of 60 years. For the sake of their 17-year-old son Joalukas Noah, she confides in making sure to be positive so that he can live the breakup of his parents as well as possible.

Isabelle Camus is now thinking of the aftermath. And from a sentimental point of view, she already knows what she is looking for. “My ideal man will have to be faithful, honest, caring and funny, as Yannick was elsewhere. If that happens, he and I will meet again one day.”
