we know more about the release date of the long-awaited DLC

Lies of P still has a big gift in store for us with its DLC which has just clarified its release window. Is a trailer coming? It’s possible.

Last year, players were able to sink their teeth into a new souls-like (or Bloodborne-like in this case): Lies of P. It clearly left its mark both through its artistic direction and through its gameplay or its overwhelming difficulty. If you haven’t touched it yet, we can only invite you to do so without further delay. Plus, it has DLC on the go. For the moment, the latter is being very discreet, but we have had news on its release window. And apparently, we don’t need to worry.

Lies of P DLC coming in 2024

Well, you’re not going to fall off your chair when faced with this information either. In fact, Neowiz revealed its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023. The big expansion for Lies of P is mentioned, with an arrival planned for 2024. Unfortunately, we do not have more details on this subject. So yes, we could have guessed that it was going to come out this year. However, it has the merit of confirming it once and for all, and it removes – normally – the fear of a potential postponement.

As for the content of the Lies of P DLC, we were treated to two images to give us an idea of what awaits us. Well, it’s more like artwork, but it’s quite explicit. One of them presents the main character on a boat unknown to the battalion. The other reveals a strange laboratory, which already disorients us a little less. The fan theories have therefore rocketed, and now, we can’t wait to have a first trailer to sink our teeth into.

That said, if the expansion arrives in 2024, the trailer should not take long. In any case, that’s what we hope. You have to take this with a grain of salt, because the firm has its work cut out for it. Yes, at the same time, she is also working on the sequel to Lies of P under Unreal Engine 5. Jiwon Choi, the director of the game, clearly explained that it was their “absolute priority” to put together the DLC and the next opus. We can’t wait to go back and get smashed by puppets.
