Monday January 3, Cyril Hanouna received Anna-Chloé and her mother Madeleine on the set of Do not touch My TV. Live on C8, she and her mother had spoken about her terrible fall, which occurred on December 15 in the schoolyard of her college. Faced with Cyril Hanouna, Anna-Chloé maintained that his fall was not accidental, but caused by one of his comrades who had pushed him.
The day after their chilling testimony, Cyril Hanouna received the lawyer of the family of Anna-Chloé, as well as that of the establishment. On the set of TPMP, Mourad Battikh, the lawyer of the little girl was first indignant at the first reactions of the public prosecutor, who had declared that the fall of Anna-Chloe was accidental, whereas the little girl had not yet heard by investigators. The case had also aroused a reaction from Jean Michel Blanquer, who had requested the opening of an investigation.

The lawyer for Anna-Chloe’s family then recounted the little girl’s version, and said he had factual elements allowing him to assert that the college girl had been the victim of grossophobic and racist bullying for several months.
On the set of TPMP, Mourad Battikh spoke of the start of the year for Anna-Chloé, who was excited to join a new class in September. “She is going to eat in the canteen and (…) she will be excluded, lonely, she will eat alone at a table. In October, she will no longer go to the canteen because she is treated as fat and that she suffers from taunts “, related the lawyer of the family, who affirms that Anna-Chloe had ended up eating at her home at noon.
Mourad Battikh also spoke of an exclusion “digital”, against the little girl. “You know harassment is step by step. This physical exclusion will give rise to a digital exclusion. They have a WhatsApp group with all the students in the class, and one of the students in the class will decide to simply exclude Anna-Chloe.“, he revealed.

Anna-Chloe and her mother’s lawyer said the harassment continued gradually, until it reached a physical attack on November 29. “Anna-Chloe is going to be molested. We’re going to take Anna-Chloe’s head, we’re going to put it in a locker, and we’re going to call it a big right whale (…) a student will come to comfort her, a student who witnessed this scene “, he says.
The lawyer claimed that the testimony of Anna-Chloe’s comrade is not the only one he received. He also showed his indignation at the fact that no witness to the incidents reported to him was interviewed. “It is strange that each time there is an element to charge, the people who witness this harassment (…) of these racist and offensive remarks, are not auditioned. As if we wanted to demonstrate only one thesis “, he declared in front of the columnists of TPMP.
