UThe disturbance will slowly sink on the Atlantic coast in the morning of Tuesday, giving only a few scattered rains accompanied by a moderate southerly wind, according to Météo-France forecasts. In the afternoon, the sky will be overcast from Brittany in the South-West to Languedoc, cloudy from Normandy to the Massif Central. A few light rains will circulate over the North-West and New Aquitaine. In Occitania and the Basque Country, showers will be more frequent with a few thunderclaps.
In the Pyrenees, the rain-snow limit will be around 1,200 to 1,500 m. The autan wind will blow up to 80 km / h in gusts before calming down in the evening, as will the showers. On the other hand, in the Cévennes, the rains will persist, but will remain weak the following night. On the Southern Alps and Corsica, clouds will bud during the day, one or two showers will be possible in the afternoon.
On the rest of the country, the weather will remain calm and dry, cold in the morning. The sky will be clear or partly cloudy. Minimum temperatures will range from – 7 to – 2 degrees in the eastern half, – 2 to + 2 degrees in the northwest quarter and from 2 to 6 in the southwest and the Mediterranean rim. The maximum will vary between 10 and 15 degrees in general from east to west, locally 16 or 17 in the Center and Roussillon.
