Lhe weather on Sunday will be marked by freshness with snow in the North-West, according to Météo-France forecasts. On the northern half of the country, freezing fog will be frequent in the early morning and a few flakes will fall here and there. Around the English Channel, showers will occur, in the form of snow inland. In the afternoon and evening, they will be frequent enough to bleach the soils of Normandy and Hauts-de-France. Towards Île-de-France, snowfall will be more scattered.

On the southern half of the country, after the dissipation of the morning greyness, the sun will make beautiful appearances. Only a few clouds will clutter the relief and the Pyrenean foothills in the afternoon. They will be able to give a little snow above 1000 m of altitude. In the Rhône valley, the mistral will blow up to 70 km/h in gusts. On Corsica, it is the westerly wind which will be around 90 to 100 km/h on the extremities and the relief of the island.
