(CercleFinance.com) – Wells Fargo & Company announced today that Malcolm Price has joined Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) as Head of Financial Sponsors.
He will report jointly to Tim O’Hara, Head of Banking Services, and Scott Warrender, Head of Banking Coverage.
Malcolm joins Wells Fargo from Credit Suisse where he was most recently Global Head of Financial Sponsors and Global Co-Head of Private Equity and Leveraged Finance.
