Wild Hearts reveals itself in a new video

Barely a week after the announcement of Wild Hearts, EA Originals and Koei Tecmo give us a new look at their title in a seven-minute video. Focused on the gameplay of the future monster hunting game, the sequence presents how the players will try, as best they can, to tame a world in the grip of chaos.

We therefore discover a hunter using karakuris, sophisticated mechanisms resembling turrets, which can be used for both exploration and combat, as their properties seem varied. There follows a fight against a kind of giant wild boar visibly very angry if not to say completely uncontrollable.

First alone, then accompanied by another hunter, the protagonist also allows us, through his exploration, to admire the delicate landscapes, mixtures of medieval Japan and fantastic stories. Here, it is the spring decor of the flowery terrain of the Hanagasumi hills that will be the scene of the hunt for the monster. One of four planned hunting grounds for Wild Hearts, each represented by a different season.

However, we will have to wait before being able to explore these beautiful panoramas since, as a reminder, Wild Hearts will only be available on February 17, 2023. It will be playable on PC via Origin, Steam and Epic Games, as well as on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
