Available for several years in South Korea, Russia and Japan, Lost Ark made a sensational arrival in Europe and the rest of the world at the start of 2022, also signing the second best performance of all time on Steam, in terms of concurrent users. What’s more, the gameplay is not the most suitable for playing on a controller, and therefore on consoles, since Lost Ark has many shortcuts, whether for attacks and skills or to manage other points, and it would be quite difficult to transpose this to console, and keep an immersive and ergonomic experience.
However, never say never. Smilegate RPG, which has partnered with Amazon for the distribution of Lost Ark in the rest of the world, could, in the future, within a few months or even years, go back on its words and offer a version of Lost Ark on console . A version that could be more refined and specific to this platform.
But meanwhile, Lost Ark remains only playable on PC, through Steam, in free-to-play.
