Today, only married people can benefit, under conditions, from the survivor’s pension, this amount of retirement that the deceased spouse should have received during their lifetime. Recently, two deputies decided to tackle the subject to open reversion rights to Pacs partners.

Last June, the deputy Les Rpublicains (LR) Vincent Seitlinger tabled a bill to allow an extension of the right to survivor’s pension to couples united by a civil partnership and thus create equality between married couples and couples linked by a civil union.
