According to the tracking site “Flightradar24”, a private plane is still waiting in Manchester. A flight from Malaga to Amsterdam is planned for tomorrow, Saturday. The 23-year-old was originally supposed to travel to Dortmund’s training camp in Spain, which was scheduled to run until January 9th, before the weekend. However, reports indicate that this is becoming increasingly unlikely.
Most recently it was said that Manchester United and BVB had reached an agreement in talks about a loan deal for the 23-year-old until the end of the season, the “Bild” newspaper reported on Thursday. Sancho, who moved from BVB to Manchester United for 85 million in 2021, is expected to receive a loan contract in Dortmund until the end of the season, according to media reports. The financial volume of the transfer is said to be around five million euros and does not include a purchase option. Sancho’s contract in England runs until June 30, 2026. The England international was under contract with Borussia Dortmund from 2017 to 2021.
BVB captain Emre Can recently said he would be “extremely” happy about his former teammate returning. “Because I think extremely highly of Jadon. He is a difference player, 100 percent,” said Can in the Sky interview. Sancho is always good for a goal and an assist: “Jadon will definitely help us if he comes. He has extreme talent.” Both won the DFB Cup together with BVB in 2021.
