“NEVER-ENDING PASSION” is the motto of this association, founded in 1974 for the best young top chefs and restaurant owners in Europe, which includes around 350 of the most creative restaurateurs from 15 countries.
In order to be included in this elite circle, certain requirements must of course be met: you not only have to be between 25 and 40 years old, but above all you have to demonstrate excellent cooking skills with corresponding ratings in the various restaurant guides.
