With video of action! – Graz tobacconist could be a serial offender

An unknown perpetrator attacked a tobacconist in Graz on Wednesday evening. According to initial investigations, it could be the same man who robbed gas stations in Preding near Weiz and in Oberwart in Burgenland. The police have now published mug shots and a video and are asking for information.

A series of robberies at petrol stations and tobacconists are currently keeping the Styrian police on their toes. According to initial investigations, three cases could be the same perpetrator. The first incident occurred on August 2 at a gas station in Preding near Weiz. The unknown perpetrator demanded the employee at gunpoint for cash. On Wednesday evening of this week there was an attack on a tobacconist in Graz-Mariatrost, where the perpetrator made off without taking any booty (see video above).
