Raphaël Colantonio made a reputation with Arkane by founding the French studio and creating the franchise with Harvey Smith Dishonored. However, he left Arkane to found WolfEye Studioswho has already released the very good Weird Westbut of course, he is developing a new project.
On the occasion of the GDCRaphaël Colantonio posed alongside producer Julien Roby to unveil a screen displaying the words “Retro Sci-Fi RPG”. Another photo with Steven Cooney and screenwriter Lucas Loredo redisplays this term, accompanying it with the words “First person”. The next game of WolfEye Studios should therefore be a first-person role-playing game in a retro sci-fi universeenough to intrigue the players!
Weird West was as a reminder a Action RPG seen from above, but Raphaël Colantonio obviously wants to return to his first loves, Arkane being known for his FPS/RPG in immersive sim.
