Selma Blair, Jennifer Garner and Tessa Thompson in power looks

This year’s Women in Entertainment event in Los Angeles is full of strong women. The “WIE” organization supports women in the creative industry and helps them with all the challenges they have to face in the industry. Three of the women present were particularly noticeable with their outfits. The actress Tessa Thompson shines in an all-green look that could not have been more eye-catching. She combines the bright green dress with an equally garish hat that underlines her look. The fiery red lips create a nice contrast and complete the outfit. Jennifer Garner, on the other hand, relies on a very classic look. She wears a dark blue dress and beautiful overknee boots in light brown leather. Another eye-catcher is Selma Blair, who appears in a trendy and stylish pants suit. She shows us how wonderful women look in suits. The actress also wears heels with straps.

“Understatement” proves: This is how various advertising works

The “Understatement” brand produces underwear for women – by women. And so I want to redefine the world of underwear. The founders Marie Stolt and Maria Lager not only rely on a design that adapts to every body, but also produce their bralettes in a company run by women in Latvia.

And that’s not all: “Understatement” also uses various women and realistic photos for the shoots. Wrinkles, rolls, body hair? Yes, please! Not only are we fans of advertising, the photos are also discussed and praised online. We think: A great sign for strong women!

We look forward to the cooperation between Filippa K and Stinarand

We love to get inspiration from Scandinavian fashionistas. Not only is their styling feeling special, the designs are too. Minimalistic, functional and reserved on the one hand, extremely edgy, unconventional and extravagant on the other. Like hardly any other fashion nation, the Scandinavians manage to combine these two styles harmoniously. This latest cooperation shows us what that might look like for the current season: Filippa K is doing something together with Stinarand, the studio of the up-and-coming Swedish designer Stina Randestad. The result is an exclusive collection that includes six tailor-made individual pieces. Each piece is made from used Filippa K materials and celebrates the creative potential of circularity.

The perfect eyeliner – without any eyeliner

How now, an eyeliner without eyeliner? Quite right, because we now conjure up the perfect eye-wing with a little kohl and instinct. The days of trembling hands and shaky eyeliner are officially over. Now we’re back to kajal and conjure up the perfect swing with our fingers. Because what the eyeliner can do, we can do with our bare hands for a long time.

To do this, we first outline the outer side of the eyes with a kohl. Then we take our index finger and start at the desired starting point on the eye. With our fingernail we take the color of the kohl and draw a nice eyeliner wing. The thin edge of the nail creates a thin line. Now something can be blended with the index finger and the eye make-up is done. Is a classic black too boring for this unusual trend? Here we can dig deep into the color palette. How about a deep green or a noble red for the holidays?
