(Reuters) – Worldline announced on Thursday the appointment of Wilfried Verstraete as a director in view of his election as future chairman of the Board of Directors.
The candidacy of Wilfried Verstraete will be proposed to the Board of Directors following the general meeting of June 13, 2024, specifies Worldline in a press release.
Georges Pauget, interim chairman of the Board of Directors since December 14, 2023, will continue to assume the role until the election.
