How to do it:

- Open the bill again and fold all four corners of the bill to the center line.
- The bottom edge of the bill must be folded forward by 0.5 cm – then continue folding to the center line (accordion pattern). Do the same with the top part of the bill.
- The top half is then folded over at the back and the entire bill is smoothed out. Now fold the bill in half (this way you have finished one half of the butterfly).
- Fold a second bill in exactly this way and place them together at the folded edge.
- Both parts can be connected in the middle with a wire – the money butterfly is ready.
- Attach the butterflies to the string with wire and stick the latter to the lid of the gift box – an unusual gift of money is ready.
