The affair has been the subject of much discussion for more than ten years. A series, depicting the affair, was even recently released with, in the lead, the actor Arnaud Ducret. What if Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès had just made a mistake? The man, who is suspected of having murdered his wife and four children in Nantes in 2011 and whose body has never been found, is therefore still presumed alive and above all highly sought after. We must, therefore, take this new report with a grain of salt – the public prosecutor of Nantes, Renaud Gaudeul, affirms that more than 1,750 reports have been received and used, in France and abroad, since the start of the affair. The person who notified the authorities”is not formal but thinks“having recognized Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès, according to The Republican East. We will therefore have to wait for the results of the analysis of the DNA traces to be sure. An unbearable suspense for all those passionate about the case, waiting for an answer…
