SEGA And Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios have joined forces with Laced Records to produce the soundtrack for Yakuza: Like a Dragon in two vinyl editions. The title, which marked a turning point in the franchise with its turn-based combat, will thus benefit froma colored double vinyl edition and an edition with five black discs.

Whispers from the underworld told us to give the music from Yakuza: Like a Dragon (Ryū ga Gotoku 7: Hikari to Yami no Yukue) the vinyl treatment, and we are honored to present this deluxe double LP to you. All music has been specially mastered and will be pressed onto thick, solid color vinyl.
Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the game’s EDM and rock soundtrack, yielded some strong musical moments: few boss fight themes are as intense as the dubstep banger “War Maker” (aka “Cold-Blooded”) , when your disparate team can finally take on Mabuchi; or that “Receive You The Hyperactive”, when Majima runs down the stairs with Saejima following him.
This select double LP features these tracks and more, including karaoke favorites ‘Yume Mita Sugata E’, ‘Akuma no Jigokunabe’ and ‘Harukaze’, plus ‘Rolling Eyes Fall Down the Dragon Wall’ (aka “Receive You Ver.7”).
For those who still want more, Yakuza: Like a Dragon (Deluxe Boxset) 5LP is the ultimate celebration of the game, featuring the complete soundtrack on 5 vinyls! It took a whole family of talent to produce the OST, led by RGG Studio stalwarts Hidenori Shoji and Chihiro Aoki. Other contributors include Hyd Lunch (Yasuyuki Matsuzaki & Hiroaki Watanabe), Yuri Fukuda, 83key (Shunsuke Yasaki), and ZENTA. Karaoke songs were created by Shoji-san, Fukuda-san, Kiyo, and ZENTA, with lyrics by Ryosuke Horii and vocals by Kazuhiro Nakaya, Nobuhiko Okamoto, and Sumire Uesaka (as Ichiban, Zhao, and Saeko, respectively). ).
The edition 2LP will feature 27 tracks on two burgundy and green discs, with printed inner sleeves within an enlarged outer sleeve. The edition 5LP will feature the full soundtrack of the game, with 72 tracks on five black discs, with deluxe sleeves and a rigid cardboard box.
