There is hardly anything more nerve-wracking than being stuck trying to have children for years and just, just, just not getting pregnant. That's exactly what Jess got from @ mamainthemaking21.22 Got through for seven years. Jess as do so many other women and couples. In Germany, almost every tenth couple between the ages of 25 and 59 are involuntarily childless – and depend on medical help (source: BMFSFJ).

This is exactly why this picture is so important: It gives hope! Yes, sometimes the path is difficult and rocky, but even more often it is worth taking a long breath and getting through these difficult times. Because the reward makes up for everything: feel the first tentative kicks in your stomach. Experience for the first time how this unborn baby reacts to our voice. The preparation for the birth, in which irrepressible anticipation and sometimes anxious hours resonate. What will it be like once the baby is here? One thing is certain: it will be good! Not always and not continuously and still constant. Because having a child is a gift – no matter which way!
