It will be presented next month, but the new ID. Volkswagen’s Buzz has already revealed some of its secrets.

And in particular its price which should be relatively salty.

My very dear VW Bus

In March, Volkswagen will officially present the long-awaited successor to its legendary Combi, namely the new ID. buzz. A 100% electric vehicle of course, developed from the manufacturer’s MEB platform.

In all likelihood, this new generation Combi should benefit from a 77 kWh battery, as well as a 204 hp engine. But the ID. Buzz will also be characterized by its price, since the latter should be displayed at around 60,000 euros in Germany, and probably a little more expensive still in France.

The official price list is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks, while the first deliveries of the ID. Buzz are planned for the start of the school year. In 2023, an XXL version of this same vehicle should be available, with a dual engine, and it is rumored that the latter could carry a 111 kWh battery.
