Young man arrested after disturbing video posted on TikTok

The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office had been alerted on October 14 to an incident of child abuse shared on TikTok. A concerned Internet user had sent a copy of the video to the authorities by email. A few seconds later, we see the man dragging the child by the arm to a nearby parking lot, then punching him in the face. He was quickly identified through social media and taken into custody before posting $20,000 bail for his release.
