Anyone who has an iPad usually also wants to use the Apple Pencil. But the original Apple stylus is expensive. A colorful alternative now comes from Zagg.

The first generation Apple Pencil currently costs 119 euros from the manufacturer; the Apple Pencil 2 even costs 149 euros. Fortunately, the manufacturer from Cupertino also allows the use of alternative products, such as the now introduced Zagg Pro Stylus 2.
This costs 80 US dollars (73 euros, prices for Germany not yet known) in the USA and is therefore significantly less than the Apple Pencil. In addition to the price, the color of the housing could also play a role in the purchase decision, after all, the Apple Pencil is only available in white, the Zagg Pro Stylus 2 in blue, pink, yellow or gray.
According to Zagg, the stylus is compatible with iPads built after 2018. There is no second button like the one on the Apple Pencil 2. However, the inclination is recognized – practical, for example when hatching larger areas. The pen sticks magnetically and charges wirelessly. A charger is included.
It is not yet clear when exactly the pen will come to Germany and what the price will be in this country, but it should be announced soon.
