The plot of the new streaming original from RTL + is not far from reality: David Hasselhoff embodies himself there and actually has nothing more to report in his US homeland as a worn-out series star of the eighties. So the former “Knight Rider” is drawn to the only place where he still has star status: Germany.
Hasselhoff is said to be involved in a theater production with Henry Hübchen, who also portrays himself in the series. But he seems to be playing the wrong game and before “The Hoff” knows it, he is involved in a murderous agent drama.
