Make zoodles yourself: how it works

The easiest way to make zoodles at home is to have one Spiral cutter have. They are already available for around 10 euros. So it is not absolutely necessary to buy an expensive device (e.g. from WMF), although of course these also have their advantages. The good thing about it: you can not only use it to cook zucchini pasta, but also any other kind of vegetable pasta.

If you want to save the investment, you can use "zucchini pappardelle" instead of "zucchini spaghetti". While a spiral cutter turns the vegetables into thin noodles, you can too cut into broad strips using a peeler. This is also super fast and has another advantage: more sauce sticks to the thicker zucchini pasta, which contributes a lot to the appetizing taste of the dish.
