“We have an eventful year behind us. Much of what we took for granted was called into question,” are the first sentences of Mattle in his first New Year’s speech. Now he wants to face the many challenges and do his best to master them. He sees the energy supply as a central topic for the year 2023, be it hydropower, photovoltaics or wind energy. At the same time, one should make an important contribution to climate protection.
