1&1 down: Users report failures in their internet connection

1&1 customers report via our fault reporter that there have been increasing Internet outages since around 4 p.m. on October 12th. Large cities such as Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt am Main in particular appear to be affected by a disruption.

It is not yet known what the reason for the difficulties with 1&1 is. As soon as there is news about the internet problems, we will keep you updated here. In the meantime, you can follow our troubleshooting checklist for internet outages and wait until the problem eventually resolves.
