A 12-year-old boy was indicted in early August in Calais. He is suspected of having sexually assaulted and raped two minors under the age of 14.
The facts are hardly believable. In early August, a 12-year-old was indicted for rape and sexual assault on minors, a boy aged “5 to 8 years “ and a daughter of “11 to 14 years old”. Revealed by North Littoral and France Blue, this sordid affair was confirmed by the deputy public prosecutor of Boulogne-sur-Mer, Philippe Sabatier.
The facts would have taken place at the beginning of the month in the district of Fort-Nieulay in the west of Calais, as well as in another house of Offekerque in the east of Calais. A judicial investigation was opened for “rape and sexual assault on a minor“.
Placed on probation
For the time being, little information on the investigation has been communicated. The deputy prosecutor of Boulogne still told our colleagues that the alleged aggressor and the two victims “were not placedBecause he is a minor, the child was not imprisoned, but placed under the regime of supervised liberty. The investigation is ongoing.
