Tesla sells “Cyberquad” for children

It has long been puzzled whether Tesla will manufacture an electric quad. Now the company is fueling speculation and is putting a version for children in its online shop.

It has been two years since Tesla boss Elon Musk also presented a “Cyberquad” when he announced a “Cyberteruck”. Not much has happened since then. But now there is at least a version of the quad for children. Such a vehicle costs 1,900 dollars and can be ordered from the electric pioneer’s US online shop as of today.

The four-wheeled car can travel around 16 kilometers per hour, and the lithium-ion battery is enough for around 24 kilometers, according to Tesla. The vehicle is suitable for children aged eight and over. The vehicle is currently only available in the USA. It is unclear whether there will soon also be a quad for adults and when the “Cyberteruck” will come onto the market.

Musk – himself a multiple father – not only sells electric cars in the online shop, but also solar panels, tequila, and the humanoid robot Tesla Bot. In the meantime, flamethrowers were also available.
