A hydrating cucumber mask

Composed of 95% water, cucumber is an excellent natural moisturizer, rich in vitamins and full of water. A mask in which it will be the main ingredient will therefore be ideal for dry skin, to which the cucumber will provide a good dose of additional hydration. If you are prone to redness, know that this treatment will also soothe irritation and help your skin to regenerate.

– Recipe :
In order to make this mask, you will only have to peel your cucumber before crushing its flesh until you obtain a malleable material: neither too liquid nor too consistent. Apply it all over your face in a thick, uniform layer, before leaving your mask on for about fifteen minutes.
Little tip: during the preparation, put two slices of cucumber aside which you will then place, the time of installation, on your eyes in order to decongest your dark circles and / or your bags. Verdict: the skin is hydrated, fresh, and the face rested!

– Another possibility:
With this ingredient, cucumber, you can also make a homemade tonic. To do this, you will only have to cut it into thin strips before heating it in water. Let cool, filter and use this preparation as a tonic on your face. Easy, economical and natural, we validate!

A purifying carrot mask

Wash two leeks from which you will collect the juice (using a blender or a juicer), which you will mix with about half a liter of milk and a few drops of lemon juice. Use this preparation every night when cleaning your face, until the targeted blemishes disappear.
