Ingredients for 1 person:
- 125 ml barbecue sauce
- 125 ml pretzel
- 1 slice of chicken cutlet, about 160 g
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
2nd step : Crumble the pretzels.
Step 3: in a bowl, mix the pretzels with the barbecue sauce.
Step 3: cut the chicken into pieces, or keep it sliced according to your preference. Brush the chicken with the previous mixture (pretzels / barbecue sauce).
Step 4: place the chicken on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 5: bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
The recipe for egg-bacon bites
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 4 eggs
- 2 slices of bacon
- grated cheese
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
2nd step : in a skillet, brown the bacon slices over medium heat until evenly browned. Book.
Step 3: in a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelet.
Step 4: Crumble the bacon and add it to the beaten eggs.
Step 5: then add the grated cheese and mix everything together.

The recipe for cheese pasta
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 100 g of macaroni
- 40 cl of milk
- 80 g of cheese of your choice
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water.
2nd step : in another saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
Step 3: grate the cheese and add it to the pot of milk. When the cheese melts, mix and remove the pan from the heat.
Step 4: drain the pasta and pour the cheese sauce over it.
Step 5: mix it all up and enjoy!
Salmon Sun Pie Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 tablespoons of cheese spread
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
2nd step : roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 3: cut the puff pastry in half.
Step 4: brush part of the puff pastry with the cheese spread.
Step 5: add the salmon slices on top.
Step 6: close with the other piece of puff pastry.
Step 7: using a knife, cut out lines so as to create the rays of the demi-soleil on the rounded part of the pie.
Step 8: then roll up the “branches” on themselves to make twists.
Step 9: brush the pie with egg yolk and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
The caramelized chicken recipe
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 10 cl of Coca-Cola
- 10 cl of sweet soy sauce
- 2 chicken drumsticks
The preparation steps:
Step 1 : pour the Coca-Cola and soy sauce into a casserole dish or slow cooker.
2nd step : add the chicken drumsticks and simmer for a few hours until the chicken is cooked.
Step 3: Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the casserole and pour the remaining sauce into a saucepan.
Step 4: then reduce it until its texture is slightly thick.
Step 5: once the sauce is at the desired consistency, pour it over your chicken drumsticks and serve.
