(CercleFinance.com) – BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, declared that it crossed upwards, on May 25, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the company’s capital and voting rights Euroapi and hold, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.11% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an increase in the number of Euroapi shares held as collateral.
