The list of ingredients for Cyril Lignac's apple fritters

  • 2 to 3 baking apples
  • 50 g cinnamon sugar in sticks or powder
  • 5 cl of rum
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 1 egg + 1 egg white
  • 30 cl milk
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • icing sugar

On the utensil side, you will need: a salad bowl, a whisk, a paring knife, a board, a pan for frying donuts, a skimmer, a plate with a sheet of absorbent paper.

Step 1: the preparation of Cyril Lignac

Prepare a frying bath in a saucepan. In parallel, mix the flour, sugar, oil, salt, whole egg and egg white. Gradually add the milk and stir well. For a homogeneous dough, put the flour in two! Add a little rum. Book.

Stage 2: the production of Cyril Lignac

Peel the apples and remove the interior with an apple corer. Make beautiful round slices.

Step 3: cooking Cyril Lignac

Dip the apple slices in the donut dough and then in the frying bath. To prevent the apples from sticking to the bottom, gently place them in the frying pan without releasing them. Drain the donuts on a paper towel and sprinkle with icing sugar. Good tasting !
